We find where the smell is coming from and treat the affected areas to help your home feel fresh again.
- We explain when pets can return to the area based on the treatment and drying advice.
- Urine soaks down into the underlay, so we check how deep it went before we treat it.
- If the carpet is past treating, we’ll tell you, before you spend more on it.

07346 677752How much does pet stain and odour treatment cost?
The price depends on the affected area, the material and how far the accident has soaked in. Tell us your postcode, what happened and whether it has happened in the same place before. We will discuss the work and price before you book.
Can you remove an old pet urine stain?
An old stain may improve with treatment, but urine can leave a lasting colour change. Send a photo and tell us roughly how long it has been there. We will explain what may be possible, and we may need a closer look before advising you.
How long will the treated area take to dry?
That depends on the material, the treatment needed and the airflow in your home. Ask us about drying time when you enquire, especially if the accident is on your main sofa or in a room you use every day.
Why does the urine smell keep coming back?
Urine can soak into carpet backing, underlay or cushion filling. A smell may return if its source remains there after the surface is cleaned. Tell us about repeat accidents so we can discuss whether cleaning can reach the affected area and what else may need attention.
Can you treat pet urine on a sofa or chair?
Tell us the fabric type and whether the urine reached the cushion filling. A photo of the care label helps us advise you. The fabric and depth of the accident affect whether treatment is suitable and how much improvement you can expect.
Will I need new carpet or underlay?
Sometimes urine reaches the underlay or floor below, particularly after repeated accidents. We will discuss those possibilities if the smell seems to come from deeper down. Cleaning cannot repair permanent damage, so ask us for advice before deciding what to replace.
Can you treat a pet stain on a wool rug?
The rug material, dyes and any products already used all matter. Share a photo of the rug and its care label before booking. We may need to check it in person before advising on a suitable treatment.
When can my pet or children use the area again?
We will explain when the treated area can be used based on the products and drying time for your job. Tell us about any sensitivities when you enquire, and plan a separate space for pets while we work and the area dries.
Can you help before a tenancy inspection?
Send us the inspection date and details of the pet stains or smells. We will check availability and discuss what cleaning may achieve. Allow time for drying before the inspection; treatment cannot guarantee a landlord's decision about a deposit.
What if I have already used a shop bought cleaner?
Tell us which product you used and when, and send a photo of its label if you have it. Previous treatments can affect the next step. If a smell or mark remains after our visit, contact us so we can discuss what you are noticing.
